What to include

  • Square footage, or a rough number if you are not sure
  • How many locations you want covered
  • Your operating hours, so we can schedule around them
  • What matters most: kitchens, restrooms, floors, glass, exteriors
  • Your current invoice, if you are comparing against an existing cleaner

What Happens Next

From enquiry to price in a day

No drawn-out sales process. Four steps, most of which are on us.

Step 01

You send the basics

Square footage, how many locations, your operating hours and roughly what needs covering. If you already have a cleaner, send the current invoice too.

Step 02

We walk the space

In the Phoenix metro that is one of our supervisors. Elsewhere it is the crew lead who would actually run your account.

Step 03

You get it in writing

A written scope listing exactly what is cleaned and how often, a flat monthly price, and proof of insurance. Inside 24 hours.

Step 04

You decide

No pressure and no auto-renewing trap. If the numbers do not work, you keep the scope document.

FAQ

Before you send it

The three things people ask most.

How fast do I get a price?
Inside 24 hours of the walkthrough. If you send a current invoice we can usually give you an indicative number the same day, before anyone visits.
Is the quote actually free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. You keep the written scope whether or not you hire us. Plenty of people use it to hold their existing cleaner to account.
What does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on square footage, scope and frequency, so anyone quoting a price before seeing the space is guessing. What we commit to is a flat monthly figure with no add-ons invented later.
