What Is Included
What the scope actually covers
No vague line items. This is what gets done, and what we will put in writing.
Clinical-grade disinfection
EPA-registered disinfectants matched to the organisms of concern, applied with correct dwell times. Dwell time is where most disinfection fails: wiping a surface dry before the product has worked means it did nothing.
High-touch protocols
A defined list of touch points per room, cleaned in a set order with colour-coded cloths so nothing is cross-contaminated between a restroom and an exam room.
Exam and treatment rooms
Between-patient and end-of-day protocols, with attention to chair bases, arm rests, light handles and the surfaces that are touched constantly and cleaned rarely.
Waiting and reception areas
Seating, counters, door furniture, toys and shared screens, which are the main transmission surfaces in any practice.
Cross-contamination controls
Separate equipment per zone, documented colour coding, and crews trained on why it matters rather than just told to do it.
Outbreak response
Enhanced cleaning when you have a confirmed exposure, scheduled at short notice.
Custom scopes
Sites that do not fit a standard template: labs, cleanrooms-adjacent spaces, cannabis facilities, data centres, places of worship, anywhere with its own rules.
How Often
Getting the frequency right
Medical and dental usually run daily with enhanced protocols, stepped up during respiratory season. Gyms and childcare typically want high-touch disinfection daily and a deeper cycle weekly. Offices generally do not need clinical-grade disinfection routinely, and we will say so rather than sell it to you.
Pricing
What drives the price
Anyone quoting before seeing the space is guessing. These are the things that actually move the number.
- Level of protocol required and whether documentation is needed for compliance
- Number of rooms and touch points rather than floor area
- Products required, as some settings mandate specific chemistry
- Training and verification requirements
- Response-time commitments for outbreak call-outs
