Commercial Service

Site maintenance and grounds

Recurring upkeep of everything outside the front door. Litter, trash, patios, lots and charging stalls, on a route schedule so your sites stay presentable between deeper cleans.

What Is Included

What the scope actually covers

No vague line items. This is what gets done, and what we will put in writing.

Litter sweeps

Full walk of the property on a set frequency: landscaping beds, kerb lines, parking islands, fence lines and the corners where wind collects rubbish.

Trash and receptacles

External bins emptied, liners replaced, and bin bodies washed on rotation. Dumpster corrals tidied and the area around them cleared.

Patios and outdoor seating

Swept, furniture wiped and reset, spills cleared, umbrellas and heaters checked over.

Parking areas

Swept, debris cleared, oil spots flagged or treated, drains kept clear of leaf litter.

EV charging stalls

Pads kept clear, cables tidied off the ground, screens and housings wiped. Drivers wait at these for twenty to forty minutes and judge your brand the whole time.

Entrances and kerb line

The first ten feet a customer sees. Glass, mats, kerb and the area immediately outside the door kept clean.

Condition reporting

Anything we find and cannot fix, broken lights, graffiti, pot holes, damaged signage, photographed and reported so you learn about it from us rather than from a customer.

How Often

Getting the frequency right

High-traffic retail, fuel and food sites usually need daily or several-times-weekly sweeps. Office parks and light industrial typically run weekly. EV networks and unstaffed sites are generally on a fixed route schedule, which is the only way the standard holds when nobody is on site to notice.

Pricing

What drives the price

Anyone quoting before seeing the space is guessing. These are the things that actually move the number.

  • Site size and how many separate areas need walking
  • Visit frequency, which is the main cost lever
  • Number of receptacles and how fast they fill
  • Whether the site is staffed, since unstaffed sites need more frequent visits
  • How many locations are on the route, as clustered sites cost less per visit

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, including when the answer is that you do not need this.

How do we know the visit actually happened?
Every visit is photographed and timestamped and you get the report. For unstaffed sites like charging networks that is the entire point: you cannot stand at every location, so the record has to be good enough that you do not need to.
Can you cover sites in several states?
Yes. This is the service most often bought as a multi-site contract. You get one scope, one schedule, one account manager and one invoice, and each location is held to the same checklist regardless of which crew is nearest.
Do you handle landscaping?
We handle litter, debris, hard surfaces and presentation. Mowing, planting, irrigation and tree work are a separate trade. Many clients run us alongside a landscaper, and we will flag irrigation and planting problems we spot even though they are not ours to fix.
