Commercial Service

Commercial window and glass cleaning

Streak-free interior and accessible exterior glass. It is the cheapest thing on this list and the one customers notice fastest.

What Is Included

What the scope actually covers

No vague line items. This is what gets done, and what we will put in writing.

Interior glass

Windows, partitions, glass doors and display cases cleaned to a streak-free finish, including the frames and tracks where grime actually collects.

Accessible exterior glass

Ground floor and anything reachable from ladder or pole systems, including purified-water pole work that dries spot-free without squeegee lines.

Entry doors and sidelights

The highest-touch glass in any building, done every visit rather than on the general rotation.

Frames, sills and tracks

Wiped and vacuumed out. Clean glass in a dirty frame still reads as dirty.

Mirrors and display glass

Restroom mirrors, back-bar mirrors and retail cases polished.

Screens and hardware

Screens brushed where fitted, handles and push plates polished as part of the pass.

Hard water treatment

Mineral staining from sprinkler overspray removed where it has not yet etched the glass. Once it etches, it is permanent, so this is worth catching early.

How Often

Getting the frequency right

Restaurants and retail with heavy entry traffic want interior and entry glass weekly as part of janitorial, with a full exterior pass monthly or quarterly. Offices typically do full glass quarterly. In dusty or high-pollen regions, expect to go more often in spring.

Pricing

What drives the price

Anyone quoting before seeing the space is guessing. These are the things that actually move the number.

  • Number of panes rather than square footage, since the frame work drives the labour
  • Height and access, and whether poles reach or lifts are needed
  • How much of the exterior is reachable without specialist access
  • Hard water staining, which takes much longer than ordinary soil
  • Frequency, as regular passes are far quicker than rescuing neglected glass

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, including when the answer is that you do not need this.

Do you do high-rise exterior glass?
Not rope or swing-stage work, which is a specialist trade with its own certification. We cover anything reachable from the ground by pole or ladder, which on most commercial buildings is the ground and first floors. For anything above that we will point you to a high-access contractor rather than improvise.
Why does our glass streak after cleaning?
Usually cleaning in direct sun so the solution dries before it is squeegeed, or reusing a dirty cloth. Both are method problems, not glass problems. Purified water pole systems avoid it entirely by leaving no residue to dry.
Can you remove the cloudy marks from our windows?
If it is mineral deposit sitting on the surface, yes. If sprinkler overspray has been hitting the glass for years, the minerals may have etched into it, and no cleaning removes that. We will tell you which you have before taking your money.
