Commercial Service

Nightly and recurring janitorial cleaning

The work that happens after you lock up. Dining rooms, bars, offices, lobbies, restrooms and back-of-house, on a fixed schedule with the same crew every visit.

What Is Included

What the scope actually covers

No vague line items. This is what gets done, and what we will put in writing.

Floors

Sweep, dust mop and wet mop all hard flooring. Vacuum carpet and entry matting. Spot-treat spills and traffic lanes rather than letting them set.

Restrooms

Toilets, urinals and basins cleaned and disinfected. Mirrors and fixtures polished. Dispensers refilled, bins emptied and liners replaced, floors mopped with a dedicated mop that never touches another area.

High-touch surfaces

Door handles, push plates, light switches, handrails, lift buttons, POS terminals and shared equipment disinfected every visit, not weekly.

Tables, bar and counters

Wiped and sanitised, including the underside edges and bases that get missed. Chairs and stools wiped down and reset.

Trash and recycling

All bins emptied, liners replaced, and waste taken to your dumpster or compactor. Bin bodies washed on a rotation so they stop smelling.

Glass and entryways

Interior glass doors, partitions and entry glass cleaned at eye and hand level. Entry mats lifted and the floor beneath them cleaned.

Detail rotation

Skirting boards, vents, window sills, light fittings and high dusting worked through on a published rotation so nothing quietly goes a year without attention.

How Often

Getting the frequency right

Most bars and restaurants run six or seven nights a week. Offices are typically three to five nights, with a day porter if the lobby and restrooms take heavy traffic. Medical and dental usually run five nights with an infection-control scope layered on top. We will tell you if you are buying more frequency than you need.

Pricing

What drives the price

Anyone quoting before seeing the space is guessing. These are the things that actually move the number.

  • Square footage and how much of it is hard floor versus carpet
  • Number of restrooms and fixtures, which drive labour more than floor area
  • How many nights a week, and whether weekends are included
  • Kitchen and back-of-house, which take materially longer than front-of-house
  • Access: alarm codes, key handover, lift availability and loading restrictions

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, including when the answer is that you do not need this.

Do you clean overnight or before we open?
Either. Most hospitality clients want us in after last call; most offices want us in the evening; some want a 5am start so the place is fresh at opening. We schedule around your hours, not ours, and the crew works to the same checklist whichever window it is.
Will it be the same people every night?
Yes. You get an assigned crew and a named supervisor, not whoever was free that evening. Consistency is most of why quality holds: a crew that knows your building knows which corner always collects dust and which door sticks.
What happens if something gets missed?
Call or reply to the service report and we come back. Every visit is photographed and reported, so you are not arguing from memory about whether something was done.
